About This Event
ARELLO's Commissioner College is a highly regarded educational program that is designed to prepare new board/council/commission members for their unique role as regulatory decision-makers and also serves as a valuable refresher course for those with more experience. This year we will be hosting Commissioner College 101 focusing on:
- Simple Rules of Procedure
- Rules of Evidence for Real Estate Members
- Ethical Considerations for Commission Members
Occupational and professional licensing authorities are routinely presented with a broad range of potentially complex issues that can involve quasi-legislative, executive and judicial functions. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All requests for refunds must be in writing. Cancellations received by midnight August 10, 2015 will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received after August 10, 2015 and begore August 19. Cancellations received after August 19, 2015 and before September 4, 2015 will receive a refund of 50% of registration fee. There is no refund for cancellations received after September 4, 2015. Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO® Chief Executive Officer.
