Advanced Profile

Welcome to ARELLO's new and improved Members Only area. While you will find many of the resources you have come to depend on still exist, we are happy to report that they are now better integrated with the ARELLO backend system. This will allow us to provide better and faster services to our valuable members.

One new feature is a more advanced profile for members. You can now edit and maintain your own account information by accessing any of the "My Account or My Profile" links. Please try to fill in as many of the tabs as you can. This information will be the springboards to provide a better platform of networking with other members of ARELLO.

If you are an agency administrator, you can also manage and maintain your Regulatory Agency's information. Just click the link Manage Membership link in the menu on the left.

To help get you started, we have created a User's Guide that explains some of the new user interface features as well as some of the pieces of data we are collecting. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email support@arello.org or contact technical support at 334-260-2928.

ARELLO Membership Survey Report Available

Results from the membership survey and analysis by the Colorado based SeeComm Group, Inc. is now available in the Internal Documents area located here. The ARELLO board of directors considered these findings as a part of the 2009 strategic planning meeting held in Charlotte North Carolina in January.

Call for ARELLO Foundation Trustee Nominations

There are two impending vacancies on the ARELLO Foundation Board of Trustees.

Foundation ByLaws state:  "The governing body of the ARELLO Foundation shall be the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall have supervision, control, and direction of the affairs of ARELLO Foundation; shall actively prosecute ARELLO Foundation's objectives; and shall supervise Disbursement of ARELLO Foundation's funds."

The Foundation ByLaws further state:  "The Board of Trustees shall consist of seven (7) Trustees, to include the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer and six (6) Trustees appointed by the ARELLO Board of Directors....... Trustees (with the exception of the ARELLO CEO) shall hold office for a period of three (3) years, or until a successor is duly elected and qualified. Trustees shall be appointed so that no more than one-third (1/3) of the Board of Trustees Expires in a given year."  Terms for these appointments expire on December 31, 2016.

So that the Nominating Committee may submit nominees to the ARELLO Board of Directors at their January, 2014 meeting,  interested persons  should submit their name and qualifications or the name and qualifications of someone they wish to nominate no later than November 30, 2013 to: fran@ncrec.gov or

ARELLO Digest Survey Now Open

The ARELLO Digest of Real Estate License Law & Current Issues is the association’s signature publication.  It's the only one of its kind in existence. This publication serves as a primary information resource for regulators and a number of other stakeholders in the global real estate industry.

If you are designated as a Digest survey completer for your organization, please take the time to review the contents of the Static Survey and complete the Annual Survey on behalf of your jurisdiction.  After you login to the Members Only area you'll see the link to the Digest Survey in the left-hand menu.  If you don't see the Digest Survey link and would like to complete the survey for your jurisdiction, please have your agency administrator contact us at support@arello.org and request that we add you as a survey completer.

Your participation is vital to the overall quality of the Digest.  For your participation, you will receive a free copy of the Digest upon its completion next year.  We thank you for your participation!

Notice of Special General Assembly Meeting - San Diego on 4/12/2014 at 9:15 a.m.

In compliance with Article X, Section 1 of the ARELLO Bylaws we are posting this notice because you are a member of ARELLO.  This notice is sent on behalf of the Governance Committee to notify you of proposed amendments to the ARELLO Bylaws which will be presented and voted upon at the Special General Assembly meeting.

The ARELLO General Assembly will meet on Saturday, April 12, 2014 beginning at 9:15 a.m. at the San Diego Westin Gaslamp Hotel.  

The following documents are linked for this meeting :  1) General Assembly Agenda; 2) General Assembly Minutes from September 20, 2013; 3) Proposed Bylaw Changes; and 4) Current ARELLO Bylaws.   Please share this information and the attached documents with the delegate for your jurisdiction who will be attending this meeting.
