10:30 am–12:00 pm Keynote Speaker - Candy Cooke, “Getting Back Together and the Acceptance of Technology”

Candace C­­­ooke has been involved in the real estate industry for 38 years. She is licensed in Texas as a real estate broker, certified general appraiser, and instructor. Candy is active in the Texas REALTORS® and serves on several committees both at the state and national level of REALTOR® organizations. Education is her passion. Candy is a Senior Instructor for the Texas REALTORS® and currently teaches several “Train the Trainer” classes­­. As a member of TAR’s Professional Standards committee, Candy strongly believes REALTORS® need to always “do the right thing” which is strongly promoted in her classes. Candy is currently serving as President of the Real Estate Business Institute and Secretary of the TREC Education Standards Advisory Committee.

As a member of NAR’s Masters of Real Estate program, she believes you can never stop learning in this business. Candy’s enthusiasm for any subject she teaches is contagious. Her classes routinely book to capacity and she travels throughout Texas and beyond to teach. She has been providing classes via live broadcast live in order to serve more students across the state.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: All requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received on or before June 2, 2021 will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between June 3 and June 23, 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after June 23, 2021.

Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
