The 2021 Mid-Year Meeting will be hosted in-person at the Omni La Mansion Hotel in San Antonio, TX. Join your fellow regulators to discuss trends and develop solutions that will ensure greater consumer protection for the licensees and citizens of your jurisdiction.
We will be following enhanced public health protocols. We are also working through the logistics of offering a few sessions in a virtual, hybrid format. More details will be posted here as they become available.

Keynote Speaker - Candy Cooke, “Getting Back Together and the Acceptance of Technology”
Candace Cooke has been involved in the real estate industry for 38 years. She is licensed in Texas as a real estate broker, certified general appraiser, and instructor. Candy is active in the Texas REALTORS® and serves on several committees both at the state and national level of REALTOR® organizations. Education is her passion. Candy is a Senior Instructor for the Texas REALTORS® and currently teaches several “Train the Trainer” classes. As a member of TAR’s Professional Standards committee, Candy strongly believes REALTORS® need to always “do the right thing” which is strongly promoted in her classes. Candy is currently serving as President of the Real Estate Business Institute and Secretary of the TREC Education Standards Advisory Committee.
As a member of NAR’s Masters of Real Estate program, she believes you can never stop learning in this business. Candy’s enthusiasm for any subject she teaches is contagious. Her classes routinely book to capacity and she travels throughout Texas and beyond to teach. She has been providing classes via live broadcast live in order to serve more students across the state.

CANCELLATIONS: All requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received on or before June 2, 2021 will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between June 3 and June 23, 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after June 23, 2021.
Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.

Representative of a member jurisdiction that is current with its member dues.
Affiliate or Associate Member (does not qualify for regulatory membership) and is current with member dues.
Representative of a jurisdiction that qualifies for Regulatory membership but is not current with its member dues.
A non-member spouse/guest accompanying a full conference attendee - includes all events, receptions and meals provided by the conference.
Virtual Attendees may attend the hybrid sessions by Zoom or telephone call.
Please note that registration fees for attendees are set to ensure ARELLO's costs are covered including the hotel/venue service charges and state and local taxes. Every effort is made to make these reasonable and affordable for our members.
