How Do I Register a Guest?
Annual Conference attendees can add a guest through their ARELLO.org account by selecting Manage Registration from their dashboard and following the guest registration process. A separate email address from the member’s email is required for each guest registration.

Cancellation Policy
In accordance with ARELLO Procedure 9, all cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received on or before August 15, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (30 days prior to the start of the event) will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between August 16, 2026 12:00am EST and September 5, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (10 days prior to the start of the event). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 6, 2026 at 12:00am EST.
Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
