Join ARELLO® for the 2026 Regulatory Investigations Seminar, an advanced training program for investigators, auditors, and regulatory professionals involved in real estate enforcement.

This year’s program includes practical sessions on AI in Investigations, presented by Lance Winder, as well as witness interview techniques, audit processes, report writing, case management, escrow issues, and real-world case studies. Attendees will also participate in roundtable discussions on state-specific issues, reciprocity, and common roadblocks in investigations, with built-in opportunities for information sharing.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received at or before September 26, 2026 11:59pm ET (30 days prior to the start of the event) will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between September 26, 2026 12:00am ET and October 16, 2026 11:59pm ET (10 days prior to the start of the event). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 17, 2026 12:00am ET.

Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
