Cancellation Policy

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
All Requests for Cancellation Must Be in Writing.

CANCELLATIONS: All requests for refunds must be in writing. Cancellations received by midnight September 22, 2009 will receive a full refund. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received after September 22, 2009. Cancellations received after October 9, 2009 and before October 14, 2009 may receive a refund of 50% of registration fee. There is no refund for cancellations received after October 14, 2009.

Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO® Chief Executive Officer.
