Join us in Georgia's oldest city for this year's Mid-Year Meeting! You may have noticed that this meeting is one day shorter than normal. Your ARELLO team has worked to make this meeting more productive and allow you to get back to your homes in a more timely manner.
This year's Keynote Speaker will be Jason Barnaby with Fire Starters!
Jason Barnaby is the Chief Fire Starter and Tribe Leader of Fire Starters Inc—a company he founded after receiving the gift of severance in 2018. His vision is simple: change the world one fiery heart at a time. His mission is simpler. Two hashtags: #ignitehope and #torchfear.
To assist in this vision and mission, Jason has authored two books, Igniting the Fire Starter Within and the 30 Days to Blaze Journaling Workbook. Whether it’s guiding a leadership group through 30 Days to Blaze for leaders, an interactive keynote, or executive coaching, Jason delivers his content with great passion and energy and a lifetime of experience while helping his clients bring their skills, gifts, and purpose into fiery alignment.
This year's Off-site/WelcomeRecpetion will be at Service Brewing, Co.
We are so excited to announce this year's Welcome Reception will be at Service Brewing, Co, a veteran-owned brewery! The theme for this year's reception is a Nautical theme. We hope you will pack your best nautical gear and dress up. ARELLO will provide transportation to and from the hotel and venue. An ARELLO team member will help guide the way for those who wish to walk.

Fair Housing Committee Meeting Presentation from NAR's Director of Fair Housing Policy & Programs - Alexia Smokler Alexia Smokler is the Director of Fair Housing Policy & Programs at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She represents NAR’s positions on fair housing to Congress and federal agencies and manages NAR’s ACT! initiative, which emphasizes Accountability, Culture Change, and Training to advance fair housing in the industry. Before joining NAR, Alexia worked in fair housing enforcement at HUD, on the staff of Congressman John Conyers, Jr., and with nonprofit civil rights organizations. |

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received on or before March 4, 2022 will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between March 5 and March 25, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after March 26, 2022.
Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
