Cancellation Policy
In accordance with ARELLO Procedure 9, all cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received at or before March 15, 2025 11:59pm EST (30 days prior to the start of the event) will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between March 16, 2024 12:00am EST and April 4, 2024 11:59pm EST (10 days prior to the start of the event). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 4, 2024 12:00am EST.
Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
