For this conference, we are excited to be using a new virtual event platform called Accelevents. Accelevents is an all-in-one virtual meeting hub where attendees can access sessions, meeting materials, sponsorship information, and much more!
You can view the public event page now at the link above. The event will open Monday September 21 at 9:30am US/Eastern time. At that time, you'll see a large “Enter Event” button on the page; just click the button, provide your email address and follow the prompts to enter. You will also receive an email reminder about the event when it opens with a direct link to access the event portal.
When you first enter the event, you'll be asked to update your profile. Please take a moment to add some basic information and upload a photo so that it's easier for others to find you and recognize you. Then, take a moment to explore.
- The Lobby is the general info area where you can see the event feed and the schedule. You can chat with others in the Lobby using the chat area at the right. The Lobby also contains the Event Feed and the Schedule.
- The Main Stage is where most events will occur.
- The Schedule page contains the schedule of events.
- The Expo page contains sponsor exhibit booths; click on a booth for more information about the sponsor and to chat if they are available.
- The People page lists all the attendees and allows you to connect or request a meeting with someone.
Log in early on Monday to say hi to the staff and each other and get ready for the conference. We look forward to seeing you virtually!

While we were very much looking forward to seeing you all in the beautiful city of Montreal for the 2020 ARELLO Annual Conference this fall, we have shifted the meeting to a virtual format.
For all of us, the phrase “Wish You Were Here” has taken on new meaning over the past six months. Even so, we are determined to provide all of the outstanding programming and networking opportunities that define ARELLO events, just as “If We Were Here”:
- Targeted-issue committee meetings that focus on important regulatory topics and related projects;
- Roundtable discussions with commissioners, administrators, our affiliate members and addressing education issues and real estate best practices;
- District Meetings focused on issues of special concern to various geographic areas;
- Keynote and general session presentations
- Board of Directors meeting and elections;
- Welcome and networking receptions throughout;
- And More!
Your meeting experience for this 2020 Annual Conference will include all of the educational, resource sharing, and networking opportunities that you have come to expect. We will be learning, connecting, and sharing information about shared regulatory challenges and solutions just as we would, “If We Were Here.”
*** Are you registering from outside North America? Before completing your registration online, please contact us to discuss possible discounts on registration fees.
