Cancellation Policy

In accordance with ARELLO Procedure 9, all cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to ARELLO's Chief Executive Officer. Cancellations received at or before February 9, 2025 11:59pm EDT (30 days prior to the start of the event) will receive a full refund. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received between December 15, 2025 12:00am EDT and February 28, 2026 11:59pm EDT (10 days prior to the start of the event). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 1, 2026 12:00am EDT.

Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the ARELLO Chief Executive Officer.
