Enacted as part of the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act, the Corporate Transparency Act (Act) is a measure to crack down on illicit activities, money laundering, and terrorism through shell companies. February 28, 2024, the Superior Court of Delaware New Castle reversed and remanded a decision of the Delaware Real Estate Commission, revoking a real estate broker’s license.
