REGISTRATION

How much does it cost to register?

  • ARELLO Regulatory, Affiliate & Associate Members - $545.00
  • ARELLO Emeritus Member - $75.00
  • Non-Member - $655.00
  • Guest** - $75.00
A non-member spouse/guest accompanying a full conference attendee - includes all events, receptions and meals provided by the conference.

What if I miss the registration cut-off date?
Our conferences have become increasingly more popular each year, and while we would love to accommodate everyone, we cannot add attendees after the registration deadline. We hope to see you at the next event!

Can I register myself but have my commission pay for it later?
Yes! On the payment step of the registration process, select Pay by Check / Create Invoice as your payment method, and you can register without paying yet. You will receive your invoice via email; just forward the invoice to the party who will be paying for your registration and they can make payment online or send a check.

Can I bring a guest to ARELLO events?
We love when our attendees bring a guest! All guests must be registered and paid in advance of the event. Only registered guests will be allowed to attend any ARELLO events. Our offsite events are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

My organization will be paying for my registration, but I need to pay personally for my guest. How do I do that?
You need to create two separate registrations. One for you, and one for your guest.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Why do I need to stay at the ARELLO host hotel?
There is limited hotel space in the area so you will want to book your room promptly. ARELLO negotiates the lowest possible rates at area hotels. Additionally, staying in a ARELLO-booked hotel allows you to take advantage of networking opportunities, as attendees will make up the majority of the guests at official hotels.

I want to extend my stay but the ARELLO room block is sold out. What should I do?
Due to the nature of hotel event contracts,  hotels only  make room blocks available for the conference dates. If you want to extend your stay outside the conference dates, you may need to make a separate reservation. Please contact the hotel to arrange to extend your stay if no longer available through the ARELLO booking link.

TRANSPORTATION

What airport do I fly into?
Boston Logan International Airport (massport.com) We suggest flying into Boston Logan International Airport.

Does ARELLO provide transportation?
No, ARELLO will only be providing transportation for the off-site event that will be held at Spin.

How do I get to the Hotel?
Location details for Revere Hotel Boston Common
We suggest using Uber, Lyft or taxi to get to the hotel.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE MEETING

What should I bring to the meeting?
ARELLO’s dress code is chill, we are adults so you do you and rock it! For ancillary events, there is often a theme that you can find on the event’s webpage. While dressing to the theme is optional, doing so can be tons of fun!!

As for meeting materials - You will be able to access all meeting materials via the ARELLO app. Many of our attendees will also bring a computer or tablet to take notes or access documents. Paper gets lost and trees are cool so no meeting materials are printed.

Which sessions can I attend?
You may attend any session that doesn’t say “CLOSED” in the title.

SPONSORSHIP

How do I become a sponsor of an ARELLO event?
Go to ARELLO.org/Events and click the “Sponsorship Tab” to learn about the different opportunities available. You can fill out the form on that webpage and a member of our team will get back to you or you can contact Calleigh Smith (calleigh@arello.org) directly.
